Select other error on apostrophe

Problem/Motivation

If I enter input including an apostrophe in a Select Other field, the following error is returned:

TypeError*: twig_matches(): Argument #2 ($str) must be of type ?string, array given, called in /app/vendor/twig/twig/src/Environment.php(360) : eval()'d code on line 79 in *twig_matches()* (line *1028* of */app/vendor/twig/twig/src/Extension/CoreExtension.php*).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a form with a Select Other field.
2. Test the field using input that includes an apostrophe.
