Entity queries must explicitly set whether the query should be access checked or not

Thanks for the report, but that looks to me to be already fixed in the 2.0.x branch. It was fixed in commit 8aae9ad4 on 22 November last year.

Couldn't reproduce the error, no entity query error are showing after installing the module and creating new webform, I think it was fixed in later commits as mentioned by @Nigel.
