I raised a very similar issue a while back when I discovered that this was happening in the scenario where we had a Paragraph embedded within a Paragraph and that was dealt with nicely and closed.
However, we now have three levels of Paragraph and the jiggling is back!
Just to clarify, the underlying Paragraph architecture...
It is the level 3 Paragraph that is doing the jiggle
