Problem/Motivation

While going through the theme for issues, I discovered that the powered-by-block placement is not at the bottom of the page. I am attaching the screen recording for a better understanding.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme
Add 10-20 articles
Scroll through the page and notice that powered by block is in the middle, which should not be the case.

Proposed resolution

Fix the position for the powered-by-block
