MissingMandatoryParametersException when trying to see the revisions or translate the data_policy entities

Problem/Motivation

When trying to translate or listing the revisions of the data policy entities, we are getting the following exception:

Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\MissingMandatoryParametersException: Some mandatory parameters are missing ("data_policy") to generate a URL for route "entity.data_policy.devel_load". in Drupal\Core\Routing\UrlGenerator->doGenerate() (line 187 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Routing/UrlGenerator.php).
