Be able to configure the fonts from the back-office by specifying the name of GoogleFonts.
Question : when are monospace and sans-serif classes used ? Is it the right name ? (it strangely implies the type of font that should be used).

We agreed that font your face was not the right solution for the need.
We need to create a small module, maybe in contrib.
BO form to upload archive containing font files + font CSS file.
extract it in public://module_name_fonts
load all the detected font files and CSS files from this folder on all the pages. Maybe only on the front theme.
Use CSS variables to change global font used + scopes to target element or classes.

I don't think this feature is pertinent on DSFR because I don't think it is authorized to change fonts/colors on this design system.
