Added the hook_scheduler_publishing_allowed to be able to prevent the publishing from the 'scheduler' module with warnings in the logs.
Module is not working in combination with Scheduler module ( https://www.drupal.org/project/scheduler → ). If content is published via scheduler the module does not prevent content from being published. No warnings are thrown either.
