Multiple issues : big_pipe, 404 pages, access to file ...etc

Problem/Motivation

This module has several severe issues in different use cases :

- access to a file with the path_prefix (inside or outside drupal public files)
- links to assets in a classic 404 page
- issues with big_pipe not working properly

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

To properly cope with files, we decided to introduce some rules in .htaccess to make it work fluently.
