Eliminate post-installation status message or at least improve it

I would argue the usefulness of displaying an extra status message right after installation (as this anti-pattern practice seems quite odd in comparison to the hundreds of other contrib modules which maintainers usually do not feel the need to push their “branding” in such a way) but even it this module decides to keep continue displaying this message then do it properly.

  1. Message's English grammar could be improved, wording clarified
  2. The message text should be translatable (i18n)
  3. URL is being redirected on Drupal․org's side → use the target URL instead
  4. URL should be a clickable link for better UX
  5. Abide coding standard issues
