Add support for hide BEF combine sort

Problem/Motivation

I have added Sort for Changed date and Title. Also, Combine these filter using BEF and tried to hide Sort field from Configurable views filter block. But it was not hiding the Combine sort field.

Steps to reproduce

These settings will be done after installing Better exposed filter module
1. Create a view
2. Add Sort fields Changed and Title
3. Go to Better exposed filter settings and Combine these fields
4. Add block of Configurable views and hide sort fields.

Proposed resolution

Patch attahed.
