Check that current theme is 'gin' before performing changes

Some users can't access the admin theme and therefore never are using gin. In that case this module has no styles applied to it. See screenshot.

This module should check for \Drupal::service('theme.manager')->getActiveTheme()->getName() == 'gin' before making any alterations.

Another option is just setting gin as a dependency perhaps?

I dont think a dependency would work. Gin could be installed, but some roles may not be able to access the admin theme.
