Multi-value fields in Webform are not supported / broken

Problem/Motivation

Multi-value fields on webform causing some errors on the page. Multi-value fields are not currently usable. This error seems to be across various field types, and these field types work successfully when the field cardinality is set to 1 (Limited, 1).

Example display issues for multi-value field:

PHP errors at the top of the page when a multi-value field is present:

AJAX error appears when I press the "Add" button (to add more values)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Ensure that Webform and Webform UI are installed.
  2. Create a webform and on the "Build" tab press "Add element".
  3. Add a field (error tested with URL and Link field, but error is likely for any field type)
  4. Set the "Allowed number of values" to be Limited and more than 1, or Unlimited.
  5. Press "Save" and then view the webform
