We had a use case on a project where long titles were used for the Dutch language.
We tried to use the html character so that editors could define where the word breaks, but this is prevented on content block title fields because of the Header text formatter.
This html character is currently available on a node title field and also on the Title block that uses the title replacement formatter.
Adjust the formatter to pass the value as markup, but still prevent the use of dangerous tags
