configuration form is unclear

The configuration form of this module is unclear.
One don't understand what are the possibilities with the module,whant need to be set and what are the effect of what has been set !!

Can we restrict rights for each CRUD action ? for exemple can this module be used to allow a user role to edit only a subset of nodes
Can we have some rules for a vocabulary and some rules for another vocabulary ?

a documentation would be needed and the form rethought !
