Problem/Motivation

Unsubscribe and manage form placeholder text uses % / obscures email address. Most of our site users complain about this and would prefer to see the email.

Proposed resolution

In /src/Form/ConfirmRemovalForm.php & /src/Form/SubscriptionsPageForm.php replace the % placeholder with standard @ and remove the obscure email function.
