For this issue, you should use core_version_requirement: ^9 || ^10 in the info.yml file. I am not sure.

Getting Below error.
Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException: The 'core_version_requirement' key must be present in modules/contrib/colorbox_zoom/colorbox_zoom.info.yml
Install as drupal standard and navigate to extend page for enable but error will be showing.
