My editors need guidance on what to put in the Title field of various unique content types. To this end I want to add a note in 'Explanation or Submission Guidelines' for each content type with which they may need help. The problem is that this field doesn't show its value on the 'Content Add' form.
When I edit a content type (or when creating a new content type), add text in 'Explanation or Submission Guidelines' and save, the text does NOT appear in the Add Content form for that content type. This is true even after a drush cr command.

Is this a specific problem related to Gin? Otherwise you're better off looking for a module which can provide you this functionality or writing your own small module which does that.
