Create educational deck about Drupal

One of the most helpful things that @volkswagenchick created as part of the First-time Contributor Workshop slide deck were hidden slides at the top with instructions on how to modify the deck based time and audience as well as reminders about how to copy and share the slides with accessibility in mind.

These would be helpful as well for a shared deck.

I added some items to the work needed based on Slack.

This google is locked behind access controk which restricts the community from contribution. Can we, if nto allow edit access at least allow read access so as to ease communication.

It would be great if the community could enable at least read access to the deck so we can all contribute effectively. At the moment, it’s still locked, which is limiting our ability to review and provide feedback.
