Page keeps freezing while editing with Layout Builder

Problem/Motivation

I didn't work on the site after several months so after updating the site I tried working on the frontpage which is a basic page managed with layout builder and each time I try editing the page, things will be going well until all of a sudden the page will freeze. When it freezes it will be unrecoverable, I have to close the window and launch a new one so all my edits will be lost if I didn't copy before the page got frozen.

So how I work on the page is I try to edit fast and save after a minute or two and open the page again.

I can't see any errors logged and don't know if this is coming from the theme or from the UI Patterns suite of modules.

This is really critical but I don't know if anyone else will see the issue.

Steps to reproduce

I don't know. The site was working well when I last worked on it last year. After updating it and I try editing the page I started seeing the issue. This has been happening since last week so I have been seeing the issue for a couple of days now.
