I want to add canonical URLs to the views on my site. I see where to do that on individual view pages, but I don’t see any options to set a default metatag that would apply to all views. I would expect to be able to set these defaults using the metatags ui but I do not see an option to set views. I ran into the same issue on both the site I am working on and on a fresh D10 installation.
1. On a fresh D10 site, Install metatags 2.0 and the metatag view module
2. Confirm that metatag view module is functional by opening a view and seeing an option to configure meta tags
3. Go to `/admin/config/search/metatag` confirm that there is no starting default for views
4. Click "add default meta tags", on the next page open the "type" dropdown, confirm that there are no options for views there either.
