Drupal.quickedit.ContextualLinkView is not a constructor

I am getting a lot of javascript errors when JS aggregation is enabled.

Those errors are breaking the rest of the site, preventing other scripts from running.

It seems related to the load order of the files, strangely it only happens under core aggregation, under advag aggregation it works fine.

So far my solution was to disable aggregation for the module's java-script files, but this is less than ideal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable JS aggregation.
2. Install the module.
3. Enable it.
4. Authenticate yourself as an administrator.
5. Visit the site.
