I am trying to get Commerce Wishlist cart attach to webform Order, Can this be done? It is for a equipment rental website that does not publish prices and all they want is a quote cart with a webform submission when clicking add for quote products button then have a wishlist cart flyout that redirects to cart page with quote webform, In drupal commerce they will be able to see the quote list and quote form submission, no check out, Any Ideas how this can be done with Wishlist and Webform Order?

What CWO allows you to do is create an order of any bundle and in any state without needing to use checkout.
I'm not sure if it's sufficient to use it with the Commerce Whitelist module, but if you want to collaborate and sponsor support for Commerce Whitelist, we would be happy to do so.
