Paragraphs attached to site settings can't be viewed by anonymous users

Problem/Motivation

This module hides the settings ECK entity type view permissions from the permission page. It automatically grants them to roles that have permission to edit settings ECK entities. The problem is that when you try to view paragraphs that are attached to site settings, you can't, because when trying to view paragraphs, view access to the parent is checked as well.

Proposed resolution

Unhide view permissions from the overview so that they can be granted manually if necessary. Still grant them automatically to roles that have the edit permission though.
