Manual answer scoring

Problem/Motivation

If some activities are scored manually (LMS reference field setting so module-specific or activity-specific - whatever works best), we'll need to implement a scoring form for a LP / class with access check for class manager members. The view will list all activities that need evaluation per user (filter) with links to the evaluation form of each activity. Upon scoring (every activity has max score field that will be used for this purpose), the activity gets its score calculated (activity score is 0 to 1 so that float is calculated basing on max score and given teacher score) and saved along with updating the "is evaluated" answer property.
