Currently, the export operation for ECA models collects all components and builds an archive that contains them all, which can then be imported. This should be changed so that a recipe gets created and exported, which can then be applied, and we can also remove the import function.

This should then also be used for the ECA Guide library so that we get recipes that can be required by composer and then be applied.
