Support entities other than nodes

Problem/Motivation

Currently this module assumes that it will be used for nodes. While this is sufficient for most sites, it would likely only require a small amount of refactoring to support additional entity types, such as products on a Drupal Commerce site.

Proposed resolution

Update the controller and forms, to be entity-agnostic. Also the token definitions and potentially a couple of other pieces would need some attention.
