Add Quality, Style settings for DALL•E 3

Problem/Motivation

Since ✨ Update to newer DALL•E model Fixed was added, we now have the ability to take advantage of all the features in DALL•E v3. A new parameter added in v3 is the "quality" parameter, which defaults to "standard", but an "hd" value is supposed to yield higher quality images, according to the API reference. Also new is the "style" parameter, which defaults to vivid, but a "natural" value which is supposed to create "more natural, less hyper-real looking images".

Proposed resolution

Add new form options for these additional parameters. If might be worth wrapping these additional options inside an "Advanced" details element.
