This issue came out of round table discussions at the Community Summit in Portland
Problem/Motivation
Many case studies currently on Drupal.org feature older versions or are very outdated.
Proposed resolution
Archive case studies that are more than 3 versions old, currently anything pre-Drupal 7.
Could this be automated in the back end? i.e. when a case study creation date hits a certain date then archive OR those not tagged with D8 onwards archive.
