[META] Key for Drupal 11

This is a meta issue to track issues for Key that are relevant to Drupal 11. Note that I am not the maintainer; I am simply making a list of issues to make it easier for the maintainers to prepare the release.

📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for key RTBC
📌 Allow installation and testing with Drupal 11 Fixed
📌 Add GitLab CI template Needs review (adding the GitLab CI template will make it easier to test other changes as MRs)

It would be good to remove Drupal 8 support:

Per maintainer's view, Drupal 8-9 support will be retained for awhile, so I'm marking this fixed as there is a Drupal 11 version available.
