Problem/Motivation

The fix for 📌 Fix CKEditor 5 Source code editing area Fixed was merged into 10.1.x-dev but wasn't backported to 10.0.x-dev.

Please refer to the above issue for more information.

Backport the fix to 10.0.x-dev.
