Some bundles missing

Some bundles are missing from the report form.

This is because the initial unfiltered query limits to 500 results.

If there aren't any blocks/components on a node that comes back in that first 500, it can't be filtered.

Solution is to change the way the bundle list populates.

Having a hard time replicating the scenario, but I can see how it happens. I suppose we could query for distinct values and populate the bundle filter with the results. Couldn't this be an issue for other fields as well?
