Problem/Motivation

The following error appears when a certain combination of modules is installed:

Circular reference detected for service "entity_type.manager", path: "scheduler.manager -> date.formatter -> entity_type.manager -> string_translation -> string_translator.locale.lookup -> symfony_translation.storage -> symfony_translation.translator -> symfony_translation.symfony_translator_factory -> file_system -> logger.channel.file -> Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelFactoryInterface -> logger.raven -> domain.negotiator".

Proposed resolution

Lazy load the translator: only instantiate it once a string is being translated.
