Avoid to render TermMatcher metadata token as plain text if field is empty

If I add a non-replaceable token in the TermMatcher metadata, the token is used as plain text in the autocomplete widget.

Go to "manage matchers"
Create a taxonomy term matcher
On metadata add a field token that is only present in some taxonomies
Use linkit widget for add a taxonomy term that doesn't have the token replacement

Add "clear => TRUE" when the replace method is called
