Update and enable tests on module

Problem/Motivation

The tests on pagedesigner are not up-to-date with the changes in 4.x. Also, we need to enable the gitlab ci to automatically run the tests.

Proposed resolution

- Update the tests to match the new handlers
- Enable the gitlab ci to run tests
