@kaaarrrtik, I have tested your MR. The Admin Toolbar overlapping issue is fixed, but after hovering, the Admin Toolbar overlapping problem reoccurs. i have fixed and created MR for the same

The mentioned Admin Header inaccessible issue is resolved. I have checked and it is working as expected. Attaching the Screenshots & doing RTBC for the same.
