Move managed configs for the Vartheme BS5 theme footer content blocks from Varbase Profile to Varbase Core module

Problem/Motivation

Having to add default content first for Block Content entities
Then the theme can add a block in a region for the content block
It was managed with managed configs after the installation finished.

Proposed resolution

Move managed configs for the Vartheme BS5 theme from Varbase Profile to Varbase Core module.
📌 Add default content for the Footer Logo, Social Media menu links, and updates to follow with Varbase Design System Fixed
When the Varbase Default content is enabled It will add number of block content, Which only the theme block for vartheme_bs5 can be created after that step
