Always map entity reference fields as "resource"

Problem/Motivation

Entity reference fields are always mapped as "resource" type.

Proposed resolution

Check if the field is entity reference (also fields extending entity ref). In that case set the mapping type to "resource" and disable the select.

User interface changes

Cannot edit the mapping type of an entity reference field.
