InvalidArgumentException:

in Drupal 10.2.4 when creating a content media type from the quick start page I get the white screen of death and the log shows
"InvalidArgumentException: EntityDisplay entities can only handle fieldable entity types. in Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityDisplayBase->__construct() (line 136 of /home3/artatac/onelowestoft.manystories.org/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityDisplayBase.php)."

I have also tried it with a drupal 9.5 site same thing
