Allow long text at FAQPage - question and acceptedAnswer fields.

Problem/Motivation

Since FAQ can have multiple questions (supported by Pivot), and answers to the questions may be long, current 255 characters limit is not sufficient. We need an ability to enter longer texts there.

Proposed resolution

Replace textfield with textarea
