Provide a configuration option to enable/disable logging

The MR allows the level of logging to be configured for the library's (kreait/firebase-php) logger.

I think I will remove the custom logging calls and rely on the library's logging capability. No need to reinvent the wheel.

So, this module will simply integrate the library's logging capabilities with Drupal.
