We need to use Acquia site studio to develop drupal templates and include custom components where ever required
OR
Design and develop complete portal using custom theme without Acquia site studio.
It is completely customized website, need to use web services and integrations as well. If I go with Acquia site studio whether I can develop some parts of elements using studio and integrate custom templates. Please suggest which is better.
