Should we need to update/change some of these, we have a governance process for this now.
The category description for Decoupled is not clear for someone new to Drupal. It's not clear how decoupled would be beneficial to apply.

"Disassociate how content is stored on the backend with site display to allow external third-party applications like mobile apps to utililze the same stored data via an API."
