"show_empty" does not work when "show_closed" is set to "current"

Problem/Motivation

When show_empty is enabled and show_closed is set to current, the field formatter does not render anything. Ideally, this would render the closed_format for the current day.

Steps to reproduce

Create an entity with an Office Hours field.
Make sure the Office Hours field's value is empty.
Set show_empty to TRUE and show_closed to current.

Proposed resolution

Render the closed_format for the current day.
