Need ability to Delete message in threads from other users

Problem/Motivation

Testing end user functionality and noticed that there is no ability for the user to delete (delete from their perspective at least) messages in the thread from other users. Sometimes things are said that are offensive to users that they may want to delete without completely blocking the user from sending them future message or even removing all other messages from that user in the thread. The end user should have the ability to delete any message in the thread from their perspective.

Steps to reproduce

View any thread with message received from other users and note that you can only delete your own messages.
