I'm unable to get the quick edit module to work.
On a Vanilla install of Drupal 10.2.3, as soon as I enable the module, I get two errors in the browser console:
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: Popper
modules/contrib/quickedit/js/views/EntityToolbarView.js?v=10.2.6
Failed to load resource: too many HTTP redirects

I see no options in the contextual links tab to quick edit.
