ParseError: syntax error, unexpected token "readonly"

When i try to enable module using composer require 'drupal/another_entity_iterator:1.x-dev@dev' it throws an following error:

ParseError: syntax error, unexpected token "readonly", expecting "abstract" or "final" or "class" in Composer\Autoload\{closure}() (line 15 of modules\contrib\another_entity_iterator\src\EntityIterator\EntityIteratorFactory.php).

I m also attaching image of the error.
