Update links to documenation on project page

Problem/Motivation

The full URL of the documentation is used as the title. And there is a link to the core module and themes documentation which is not needed.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Edit the 'Resource' section of the project page as follows
Title: Documentation for Activity Tracker
URL: https://www.drupal.org/docs/contributed-modules/tracker →

and remove the link to the core module and theme documentation.
