Migrating a module to Drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

Hi. I am using the Quiz → module to create a quiz on my Drupal 10 site. The problem is that the Quiz module uses this module to create a countdown timer. I am new to Drupal, so I am asking for help. Does anyone have any ideas on how to port this module to D10?
