When accessing the node through a direct link, such as a view (e.g., /node/2233) or an alias, I only see the "View" tab but not the "Edit" or "Delete" tabs (html doesn't exists). However, if I refresh the page by reloading the browser, the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons magically appear.
Tested on Gin and Claro themes.
The field serving as a bridge for permissions is the value of a field present on both the user profile and the node.
