Use alt and title attribute from image field

Problem/Motivation

#3027703: Alt and title text. → adds a way to set a fixed alt text or get it from another field but I could not find a way to use the alt text from the image field itself.

Steps to reproduce

Create an image field and use image_popup as formatter.
Upload an image and set an alt text.
The alt text is not used by the formatter.

Proposed resolution

ImagePopupFieldFormatter::viewElements() should use the alt text and title from the image field if nothing is set in the formatter settings.

It works, thanks!
I would add an help text though, stating that to get the original Alt text you have to choose "Fixed value" and leave it empty!
